  • Rollychic has lots of similarities with a bunch of problematic sites such as Yeesone, HonestyStar, MyComfyShirts, SheClever, Cutevana, Ouslily, Chiclv, MolyDress, PearlzillaShop, ArcladyShop, BasaChic, CoronaBlue, etc. For example:- Its website theme is not so tidy; It has copy-pasted lots of details from other websites; It hasn't secured its website properly and has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. on its Checkout page.
  • Since Rollychic hasn't secured its website properly and has provided fake trust seals, so your personal and financial information will be on risk if you shop at Rollychic.
  • Rollychic hasn't provided its company's address or contact phone number. However, most of the legit online stores provide detailed contact information including phone number. Since there are lots of scam online stores these days, so it is better to avoid such online store which doesn't provide the contact details.
  • We have found lots of online stores these days similar to Rollychic which have lots of complaints. Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that the customer support of these kinds of online stores is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have complained that they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Users of similar kinds of sites have also complained about the delivery time and useless refund policy of these kinds of sites. Rollychic has lots of similarities to those kinds of online stores.
  • Like other similar kinds of problematic sites, Rollychic is also offering a heavy discount on the price of lots of products listed on its website.
  • Actually, Rollychic looks almost as same as Yeesone and HonestyStar which are proven problematic sites. Even lots of product images and details provided on the Rollychic match with Yeesone and HonestyStar. So, it is clear that Rollychic has copy-pasted lots of details from the Yeesone and HonestyStar websites.

    Yes they are a total scam...right after I ordered my boots I realized they were a scam so I sent them an email cancelling my order with 5 mins of making the order. They keep sending me emails telling my their product is in promotion right now and how I should keep my order. This has gone on for days. I finally went to PayPal for a refund resolution case. I'll check back in when I know more. This is a fake NOT buy anything from them.

    I ordered a pair of boots 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried contacting them regarding shipping information and no reply.! I used my debit card. Now I’m afraid I’ve been scammed. I’m going to change my card number tomorrow I do not trust this company. Sadly no way to get my money back. Watch out! They should be arrested.

    I ordered on October 19. Somehow when checking out, my ordered doubled. I ordered two different styles. I opened a case with Paypal and sent a email to this company. All they keep sending are emails not to cancel the order, I will love the boots. As of right now, I just want the $71.98 refunded to my Paypal. I will keep one order .
    This has taught me a lesson for sure. No telling when I will get my money refunded. Going to call Paypal and talk to a actual person to see how this will be handled.

    I ordered two pairs on Friday October 18th, and realized that this was a scam, and like many other reviews here, I immediately contacted the seller to cancel my order with just a few minutes, but unlike the other reviews, I have had NO RESPONSE from this seller. I am contacting PayPal from which I purchased through and getting a refund hopefully soon!

    I purchased one pair on Monday Oct. 21st. I was so excited because I've been wanting these boots for awhile. I blame myself for NOT looking into this site & reviews before I ordered. I to emailed the company & have heard nothing. I paid with my Debit card, should've used PayPal so I would've been guaranteed a refund. My card company told me they can't help me with the cancellation or refund my money back rather instead I have to contact the Company but with this bogus email address I'm "Assed Out"...Lesson Learned!!

    I cancelled my order shortly after ordering as I found them much lower elsewhere (haha). 15 emails later that look like this: AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!! DO NOT SHIP MY ORDER! I DO NOT WANT IT! CANCEL IMMEDIATELY! . And they are still emailing back just asking me to keep the order and offering $8 credit. I'm not sure what to do...

    Thanks so much for taking the time to write up reviews on these pop-up shops. The prices ARE alluring, and having them pop up on our Facebook, where one may feel comfortable and assume these sales companies are legit... I was on the fence on a purchase, I appreciate you saving me the hassle these poor other people are going through. I could easily have been one of them.

    I too have fallen into this scam. I ordered 2 pairs of boots and 3 pairs of socks Saturday 10/26/19. I ordered through paypal. I am going to cancel my order as well. I will also be calling paypal.

    WISH has the same boots...about the same price when u consider shipping...they are overseas so it does take longer...but they have better customer service..send you order details and keep you in the shipping loop. I have been ordering from them for over a year and only 1 problem with a wrong item...amd they rectified it immediately.

    I ordered boots on October 17th 2019 and have not received any notice of shipping and was not able to speak to anyone about my order. I decided to look for information about RollyChic and unfortunately found this site with the reviews. I paid for order with a credit card and will call the fraud department to see if they can tell me what to do.

    Looks Like I am out $80.00. I wish I had checked here 1st. I ordered a pair of boots. Up popped a special deal. I misunderstood. I thought it was further discounting the boots, however it was for a 2nd pair. I couldn't get them out of my cart. I am new to on-line bying & thought I could just call/email the Company to cancel the 2nd pair. 9 emails later, I have NO boots & my account, paid with credit card has been charge for 2 pairs of boots. I will try Pay Pal. They also charged me a fee. It has been 10 days of doing this dance. This company IS not legit.

    Paypal WILL NOT refund the money for the order. My case was denied. I appealed but still denied. Said they heard back from the company and I have already been refunded. Yes I was for the double order BUT I wanted to cancel the other order and get the $71.98 refund. Paypal will not refund. Bummer.
    What I would like to know , has anyone received boots from this company ?

    I did receive a fairly quick response today regarding shipment of an order I placed 3 weeks ago. The email came back with some Chinese writing which may be the reason for the long shipping times and low cost. I was told it would be a bit longer due to demand. I don't know whether to cancel or not seeing that they are China. The quality may not be what I am expecting as well as the size. It would really be great if we could hear from someone that actually received an order but these posts don't go back very far.

    Well, it's been over 3 weeks since I ordered 2 pairs of boots from Rolly Chic and have not received them. I did receive a reply to my email I sent them, saying that they were coming, but that it would take longer than usual because of demand... Hmmm. I keep hoping they'll show up, but I'm going to wait one more week and if they're not here by then, I'm going to contact Visa and tell them it's a fraudulent charge. Soooo disappointed... �

    I ordered a pair of boots at the end of October, got an email confirming my order with an order number. I kept expecting an email with the shipping date and didn't. So I emailed them to ask about a shipping date and they responded that a lot of people are ordering this product, that it will take longer and that asked if I could be patient....with lots of grammatical errors thru the email. The payment had already gone though my bank but my bank is going to dispute the payment and I ordered a new debit card in case they decide to use my card number to get more out. So very disappointing....falling for a scam and not getting those cute boots. Now I will be more careful about what website I order from.

    I submitted my order on Oct. 25th I received a confirmation # and order# that day and pay pal deducted payment from my account. Their website says my order is taking longer due to high demand. I am hoping they will eventually ship the boots. I will keep you posted if I receive them �

    Yes, it's a total SCAM! I ordered my boots on 10/18 and realized shortly afterwards that something did not seem right. When I first emailed the "fake company" and asked them to cancel my order and demanded a refund, they replied with broken english and asked why I wanted a refund (without actually granting me the refund). Who does that?! (scammers, that's whom). Then I demanded my refund again and they said, "don't you want to wait for the product because it's such a good deal"? (scam).
    On another note, unfortunately I used Paypal Credit instead of Paypal. Paypal Credit is actually Synchrony Bank it turns out. They are way more of a hassle to get reimbursed through than straight up "Paypal". Synchrony bank is "working on my dispute". Anytime in my life I have disputed something like this, I get refunded immediately. I'm dissatisfied with Paypal credit (Synchrony bank) right now.
    Regardless, I think because these scammers are actually answering emails, it makes it look more "legit" to the disputing company even though it's NOT!!
    AND I'm not inclined to go through Paypal Credit again. My advice is to stick to Paypal, for security of purchases in the future. Of course the big name credit card companies are probably way more likely to refund for their customers too. In the end, I can only pray that Synchrony bank "Paypal credit" will help me. If they don't, I'm closing all my Synchrony accounts (Care Credit, Discount Tires, PayPal Credit).

    I ordered from them and 5 minutes later I asked them to cancel my order and refund my account. Tha t was October 27th and we have emailed back and forth about 18 times and they keep giving me the run around and I'm not so sure they completely understand. I don't know what to do.

I have written back and forth MANY times too asking point blank for a refund and for them to cancel the order. The more irate I get in the email, they just respond with, "We'll make you priority to ship to you". I asked if they know what the word Karma means.
    Anyway, they keep responding and "playing dumb". They are being extremely manipulative to all of us. I have been 100 percent clear and they will not help. Hopefully my claim to PayPal credit comes through.

    I, too, have ordered two pairs of boots from them on October 27. November 1st I asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. They responded about the high demand and that it will take longer to ship. Five times I asked for the order to be canceled and a refund issued. They wanted to know why I wanted to cancel and that I should just hang in there. I paid with PayPal and have filed a claim with them against Rollychic. They responded through PayPal asking I accept a $10 gift card and wait for the arrival of the boots asking me to drop my dispute. I told them I don't want the gift card and for the sixth time I want the order canceled and a refund issued. So now I wait. Why are there so many dishonest people in this world.

    This place is a big ripoff. Like others have said. I ordered two pair of shoes on 14 oct they got my money from paypal a couple of days later but here it is 8 Nov and still no shoes no tracking number no nothing except excuses. The shoes are hand made when ordered be patient, they have so many orders be patient, they will try to expedite my order be patient...... Why is this place still in business? When did it become legal to rip people off and stay in business? I am so tired of being ripped off , I am looking into legal action against them with so much money being involved it should be grand larceny , not petty thief anymore.

    SCAM... SCAM... SCAM!
    They never send you an email with shipping info.
    They never send the product.
    They will not Cancel your order.
    They keep putting you off with apologetic emails.
    They offer Gift Cards in stead of a cash refund.
    Then they offer you the product at a reduced rate.
    They are very good as excuses.

    I agree with this 100%. I wish I had read this before ordering from Rolly Chic. Now I'm out $50 and a pair of boots!! I'm usually very cautious but not this time apparently. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about them. I am really curious to know if anyone has actually received their order from them????

    After 3 weeks of waiting for confirmation of shipment, I reached out via email. The response was polite, but utterly unhelpful. One week later I wrote again and received a similar polite and unhelpful response. No information was given regarding the shipping date. I wrote again the next day with the ultimatum that I wanted to see the boots shipped by the end of the week or I'd cancel my order and leave bad (but honest!) reviews everywhere. This got me on the "expedited" shipping list. One week later, I still have nothing to show for it. So I've cancelled my order and am strongly urging you to wait and find your cute boots elsewhere. This company is sketchy, at best. A scam, far more likely.

    I ordered a pair of boots then saw the scam notifications... I tried to cancel, but they were already in route. Got the boots and they look horrible and have an odd smell. I ordered a size 38, which should be about a 7.5, but there is no way my foot is going in. I emailed them using the address on the confirmation email address and they told me that the cost to return wAs high and I should pls consider gifting them to a friend or relative. I responded with an adamant. No and still awaiting response. No happy, but more so afraid for my debit card info I used..

    This site is a total scam. I have sent countless emails to their customer service to cancel this order and refund my purchase to no avail. I am constantly getting the run around, with countless excuses to "be patient, I won't be disappointed with my purchase, and it'll be shipped soon". When all I've asked is to cancel this order and to receive a refund. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company in the hopes that I won't be charged for this fraudulent purchase.

    I ordered 2 pair in Oct. Paid with PayPal. I have been emailing my receipt of payment for the past 2 weeks and all I get back is we don't have a order for you, you must have different email. I keep telling them and sending copy of payment and Description copy of the order from PayPal and Invoice #They always come back with same reply, We dont have a order for you. Why does FB allow them to stay active and take our money. and my bank statement shows a crazy name for the Company that got the money. They need to be stopped we work hard for our money

    Well, I'm very dissappointed with Paypal. They did refund me for one order but not the other one. Tomake matters worst, Paypal has deleted the Case file--when the refunded me, it was to the wrong transaction (I had been double billed). Still denied my claim. For futher help I had to write to Paypal home office. So I printed off the back and forth emails with Rollychic, printed off the Paypal page showing my purchase, printed the order form from Rollychic showing two orders the same day and on one minute apart. I also told Paypal how they mistakenly deleted the case and actually refunded only one order--that I'm trying to get a refund from the other order. It has been two weeks now and no word back from Paypal. I doubt I will see another refund. Very dissappointed with Paypal. I did note to them that LOTS of people were trying to get money back through Paypal from this company. Thought for sure this would help.

    I purchased a pair, and did actually receive the item as described. HOWEVER, just after I placed my order I had a number of false charges on my bank account. Nearly $400.00 woth. Also, the final total stated at checkout was NOT the same amount as I was charged according to my bank statement. With only email to correspond, it was impossible to rectify. The much bigger issue was the theft of my card number. I was able to get the stolen charges reversed, but I shouldn't have had to do that. I can't say with 100% certainty that it was due to rollychic, but it would be an awfully big coincidence if they were unrelated.

    I have opened a case with PayPal. These folks were very apologetic and wanted me to close it but I responded that I wouldn’t until I received the product of same quality advertised, and that I saved it and have it to share with PayPal. Yesterday I got an email that my shipment was on the way FROM HONG KONG. So we shall see. I read that they sent a lady a pair or whackedup hand made very poor quality resemblance. She said that all she could think about was some poor soul trying to make them. So I will post pictures if I ever get this supposed to be shipment

    What email is everyone using? I came across two different ones. One on my PayPal receipt and one on the internet. The address linked to this so called company is a manufacturer out of China that makes electronic devices such as ear buds. Nothing to do with boots or clothing line. I have contacted PayPal and pray I get a refund. This is ridiculous. I have a friend that purchased one pair but used her bank card. So it will be a bit more complicated for her.

    I order 2 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of socks on Oct 27th and to day is nov 19 and have not receive them BIGG SCAM BIGG SCAM don't do it.

    I went to ebay out of curiosity and typed in Rollychic boots. Up popped two designs that a lady is trying to sell. One pair is black and LOOK so cheap.
    Then on looking father, there are lot of boots and checking the address they are coming out of China.
    I'm done for as far as ever ordering from companys like this again. Paypal still denied my claim so I'm out $79. 01 for the duplicate order. Very disappointed in Paypal.
    If anyone on here ever gets the boots, please let all of us know and how do they fit and look.

    I placed an order for boots with RollyChic in mid October it is Four weeks now and I m sill waiting
    I sent two emails to inquire about my order and when will I receive it. They responded that due to high demand it would take a bit longer to ship. The second response said the product was still in the warehouse and the third email I sent I demanded my order cancelled and a refund
    The response to this was that my item was in high demand and would try to push it through.
    I am still waiting. And doubt I will have a positive outcome
    Should have done my research on this Scam Lesson learned

    It's been 3 weeks and nothing. They respond to my emails, but offer nothing more than your order is being processed (BS!). I am going to attempt to cancel, wish me luck!

    I got the boots I ordered after a few months and they’re not even anything like what was pictured! I’m contacting the better business bureau I’m in such disgust! DO NOT buy from this company!

    I emailed them several times to cancel. Always got a reply ranging from be patient to asking me several times why I wanted to cancel.
    Today I got a shipping number saying they have shipped from China.
    I emailed PayPal and have not gotten a response.
    I am going to refuse the shipment when/if it arrives.
    I will contact my bank about charges. They are usually great.

    I finally received my boots and they are the cheapest crappy boots ever. I would expect to get them from the dollar store. Such a waste of money, definitely don’t look like the picture

    i purchased low boots from rollychic and they are horrible. too big and cheap..ive been scammed..stupid me ordered a tall boots too but they have not been processed yet and i want to cancel. hard time finding a way to do that! can you help me?

    I ordered two pair of shoes October 11th keep getting e-mails that the warehouse is behind and now they are on a flight and now they are in New York its the end of November now think goodness they were only 17.00 each but going to contact credit card company today, darn really liked the look of these shoes. Oh this sight is China no wonder...................

    Finally received a email that my boots have shipped and gave me the tracking number. I ordered on Oct. 19---Dec 1 they are saying shipped. Checked the tracking number so I know it will take about 3 weeks to get here. I so hope they are like the picture but am worried now since I read one of the comments above as to how cheap they are. I bugged the crap out of there customer service as to please ship as I need these boots for winter not in the spring. Last email I sent was stating that I guess I wasn't getting any boots because I had read reviews from others. I tried to cancel this order from the beginning but Paypal denied my claim. So hopefully they will fit, look like the pic and I will be happy. But definitely NO MORE ORDERING FROM COMPANYS LIKE THIS. I will let you know how the boots look, fit when I get them.

    Did not know they were not reliable company. Just received 2 pair of boots that look nothing like I ordered. Guess I just "donated" $65.00 to their scam fund!!! Thank you for the info. Sure wish I could get my money back.

    Just received cowboy boots from Them what a joke! Vinyl and stink. I would not give you 50p. Cost over 40 dollar. Opened a case with PayPal. So disgusted at this scam.

    The shoes i purchased and the shoes i got are far from the same . Total scam. Hideous clown looking shoe arrived months later . Couldn't get my money back , in email they pretended they never got my order.

    TOTALLY DISGUSTED...after almost two months and ten attempts at canceling my order, I received the most disgusting smelling, cheaply made boots that aren't even worthy of wearing as part of a Halloween costume. They wouldn't even have the nerve to sell these at the dollar store. And I know there will be no way to return them for a refund, that's what is even more disheartening! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...TOTAL FRAUDS.
