Juromeo complaints from its users. Is Juromeo fake or real? Is Juromeo legit or fraud?

Why don't we recommend Juromeo?

We don't recommend Juromeo due to its following drawbacks:-

  • Juromeo has provided the fake trust seal logo of McAfee. We can say that logo is fake because the real trust seal logo of McAfee should be clickable so that we can click the logo which will direct us to the official website of McAfee to verify that trust seal. But, the McAfee logo that Juromeo has provided on its checkout page is not clickable which proves it is providing the fake trust seal logo. It has mentioned, "Juromeo.com is safe and secure" by showing that fake trust seal. So, it is definitely not a good sign because if the online store site doesn't provide good website security, then the personal details such as credit card information of the client can be stolen. So, it is very risky to shop at Juromeo.
  • It looks like Juromeo hasn't provided its real company's address because, on its "Contact Us" page, it has provided its address as "MATTE ECOMMERCE CO., LIMITED 48 Charlotte Street, London, Greater London, England, W1T 2NS" whereas on its "About Us" page, it has provided its address as "No.999 Jinyu Road, Jinshan Industrial Zone, Shanghai". On top of that, the contact phone number (852 5935 8201) provided by Juromeo is from Hong Kong. So, either is Juromeo from Shanghai or London or Hong Kong? It has also concealed its owner details in WHOIS. So, it adds lots of doubt due to which we are unable to recommend Juromeo for online shopping.
  • We have also found that the contact phone number of Juromeo (852 5935 8201) is using by other suspicious sites like Arshirly.com. So, it looks like the same person is operating various doubtful sites.
  • There are already lots of complaints from the clients of Juromeo for not delivering them the purchased items as Juromeo has advertised on its website. We know every company has complaints but if the volume of complaints is in a high amount than the positive reviews, then definitely it's better to avoid such company.

Now you know that Juromeo is an online store which neither has provided the real contact information nor has provided the real trust seal logo. On top of that, there are already lots of complaints. So, now it's up to you either you want to do the shopping on any site which provides the fake trust seal logo or not, however, we definitely don't recommend that. So, we have listed Juromeo within our Not Recommended sites list.

You should be always careful while providing your credit card information to those sites which even don't bother to give real contact information as well as real trust seals. So, if you have ever made a purchase from such sites, we advise you to contact your bank or credit card company and follow their instruction to secure your credit card.
