AnnieCloth.com Review: Is an AnnieCloth Scam or Legit?

You must be here because you were searching for AnnieCloth reviews to find out either is an AnnieCloth.com scam or genuine and what is AnnieCloth.com in real, right? If so, then here, within our AnnieCloth review, you are going to find the answers to your queries. So, let's begin with our Annie Cloth review.

Actually, we don't recommend you to purchase any items from AnnieCloth online store because AnnieCloth doesn't seem to be a safe place for online shopping. Why? You can find the reasons explained below.

Related and Popular Posts of Our Website:-

AnnieCloth complaints. Is an AnnieCloth fake or real? Is an AnnieCloth legit or hoax?

We don't recommend Annie Cloth due to the following reasons:-

  • Annie Cloth has provided its parent company's name and address as "A&KE Limited, 108e, Fountain Court, Victoria Square, Victoria Street, St. Albans, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom AL1 3TF" on its “Terms of Service” page. However, WHOIS details of AnnieCloth.com reveals the parent company name as CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED from Hong Kong. Now, this completely proves that Annie Cloth is lying about its company's address and registration name. On top of that, you can find a bunch of problematic online stores such as Jodimitty and so on operating under CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED and A&KE Limited. This also proves that the owner of A&KE Limited and CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED is the same person who has multiple problematic sites. This is definitely a big warning bell to stay away from AnnieCloth online store.
  • The faces of models have been cropped out from most of the product images presented on AnnieCloth.com website. Mostly, scam online stores cropped out the faces of models because they never post the original product images. Instead, they just copy-paste product images from other websites without taking their consent. So, they cropped out the faces of models so that it will be difficult for the copyright holder to find those images.
  • You can find a bunch of complaints from the clients of AnnieCloth for delivering them very cheap quality items which look completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have also complained about their delivery time, poor customer support and useless refund policy which let you pay for a refund. There are very few positive Annie Cloth reviews but a high volume of complaints. Every company has complaints but if the volume of complaints outnumbered the positive reviews, then it's always better to stay away from those kinds of companies. Anyway, this is not a new thing when you are dealing with the sites operating under A&KE Limited and CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED.
  • The website AnnieCloth.com hasn't secured properly. So, if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Due to the reasons mentioned above, we don’t recommend Annie Cloth. However, if you have a different opinion or want to provide your own AnnieCloth.com reviews, then please feel free to leave your comment below.

Please feel free to share this AnnieCloth review with your friends and families through your social media accounts so that they can find out either is an AnnieCloth legit or fraud.

Do you want to report something about Annie Cloth or want to provide your own AnnieCloth.com reviews? Do you need our help regarding online work and business industry or to investigate online businesses? If so, then please feel free to leave your comment below.

DO NOT ORDER from ANNIE CLOTH!!!! The items I received did not represent what was online, in fact they were cheap and ugly. When trying to get information on how to return the items, after 4 days I received an email stating the items would have to be delivered to China and was offered 15% of the original amount that I paid to be used to alter the garments. Thankfully I purchased using PayPal which is now arbitrating the situation.
Again, be warned, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!

This is a scam the cheap flimsy papery thin clothes that i did receive do not even look like what was presented on the online catolog. Some sizes are for a small child not a size small adult female!
Noracora has the exact same clothes and models so must be partnering with Anniecloth.
I had already paid my credit card before the order arrived so i am out $100 since this stuff
is not returnable to china. Warn as many folks as possible regarding this site.

This looks exactly like a website called jessson.com which says it's based in London but it's in Hong Kong. Never used my clothes and when they send emails they are scripted as if they do not know how to answer in any other way. So beware of jessson.com also.

I ordered and paid for clothers over 3 weeks ago and they have sent me emails that these items have been delivered and received. Not so. I never order from the internet for fear of stealing identity and not receiving what I paid for. STOP DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this company ..they take pictures of clothes from other retailers and then try and copy the dress or clothing ..and do a VERY bad job of it..total waste of money and forget it takes forever to get them shipped and then no way to return BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I unfortunately ordered from Annie Cloth before reading all these comments, hard lesson learned! 🙁
I ordered two pairs of linen pants, they are not linen, the material is very cheap, but the size is the biggest joke! They are like children size. I ordered large and they were like a size 8 or 10 children's. I believe these are coming from China, well most Chinese people are very small and maybe could wear the size, maybe! It took very long for me to get the items, I will never order from Annie Cloth again! The product you get is not anything like the pictures you see, they are deceiving!!!

SLOW BOAT FROM CHINA...LITERALLY! I ordered 1 item on the 6th. No tracking info since the 11th. Still in China it seems on the 19th. Wouldn't have ordered had I known items shipped from there. Clothing sizes are WAY OFF U.S. sizing. Save your money & frustration.

Buyer Beware! do not do business with this company. If they make a mistake, they will not fix it. The buyer is responsible for all of the expenses to return the item. Or, they offer you a SMALL refund to go towards the correct item. They have no physical address or telephone number posted. You will be cut off by any online rep if you demand they do the right thing pertaining to your purchase. Also be prepared for the quality of Chinese goods.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They use photos of products for private labels from items in catalogs like Sundance and list the fabric like 100% cotton or linen and what you get is garbage. Polyester, printed not embroidered and sending them back is a nightmare. In their return policy, they don't state they are in China. They require you to keep the cheap plastic bags the items came in which they state are zippered bags, to qualify for proper returns. And the returns cost you about 25.00 a pop and that is with customs tracking but no actual tracking which will cost another 50.00. I wish I could plaster all over their site what a scam they are! Right now I am out over 400.00 and hoping my credit card company will get involved. I would have much rather made a donation to help the people in their factories as the quality is worse than anything I have ever seen and I imagine their workers are not paid.

    Patricia Henderson (Thursday, 01 August 2019 03:09)

I agree with your assessment of Annie Cloth. My experience has been a negative one as well. I ordered three items, two of which were the wrong size and the shorts were not the advertised cotton material. Annie Cloth refuses to take responsibility for these mistakes with no viable option for rectification. The third item evidently is out of stock, who knows if it really is. The refund will take at least a month, if not more. So I am out almost $80.00, which is a lot for me.
There is a good possibility I will never get my money back. Also, there responses are cookie cutter ones. You will not be able to talk to anyone in person. Annie Cloth reps will send redundant answers via e-mail. I wish I had done my home work and researched this company before I made my purchase.

I finally received an order I placed online months ago. The merchandise was not as ordered and the sizes were not true to standard sizes. I went to their online source to request return information I gave them the info. requested and received an email basically the same as the online info. and requested I email them back and the email could not be sent to the address given. Which leaves me with no where to go except when I see the charge on my credit card I will dispute the charge but of course that will probably be past the 15 days they give you for a return. I received the merchandise on 8/08/19. I contacted them this a:m. I don’t know what to do. I certainly do not want this merchandise??? Thank you for any help you can give me. Thanks

Put in order in June. They charge you before they ship anything out.
Received 1st item probably 5 weeks later.
I ordered 6 items, all come separately, at different times...but you have to get tough with company to get another item...
    Did NOT receive last item.
Have been fighting with them to get a return shipping label to send everything back...not one item fit, too big or too small. Cheaply made clothes!
They offered me a 15% refund and I could keep the clothes...
Will change my credit card number TOMORROW!

Do NOT order from Annie Cloth...total ripoff...I had to wait months for my items...sizes so small, couldn't wear them. They will not take returns or exchanges and no phone number...only e-mail to contact them....they told me to contact thru e-mail with in 15 days of the date i received it...I did several times one day after I received the items and they wait the 15 days before they get back to you..so they can say its past the 15 days and we con't do anything....Also they will offer you 15% of what you paid for an item...BUT...they never return the credit of 15%....I don't know how they get away with what they do....PLEASE do NOt order from them!!!I learned the hard way....don't be another victim!

The company A&KE operates many of these clothing sites under different names on the net. JustFashionNow is one I dealt with and had the same experience as Elizabeth above. I suspect very few honour the commitments they make in their "policies." Getting a refund only happens if you pay for return shipping to China which is exorbitant, always more than the cost of the item of clothing. I hope someone finds a way to stop their sleazy business practices. They are scam artists. Here are the listed names of the company's directors:
    Charlotte Doran, UK
    Wenjun Lou, China

How I wish I had checked them out before ordering. Took forever to receive items. After seeing the first three items tried obtaining return authorization and asked to cancel remaining items. Long delays in responses from them. Agreed to cancel remaining items and then shipped them anyway!! I have been doing business online for years. This for certain is my worst experience ever and I will certainly look before I leap in the future. A fool and her money.....soon parted. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS WEBSITE!!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM Biggest scam ever. Ordered a plus size 5xL dress, the dress is so small my 8 year old grand daughter can not wear it. It is suppose to be cotton but it is not and the material is very thin and very cheap. I would give the earring I ordered to my grand daughter but they can not be open. And I only received 1/2 the items I ordered. Lesson learned

I will never buy from anniecloth again!!! I ordered two tops from them and they were very poor thin semi transparent fabric instead of the heavy linen fabric pictured on the models. When trying to return them to New Jersey from which they wrre shipped, I was told to send them to China. instead of 6.00 shipping to NJ the shipping woul d be 30.00 . I am appealing to PayPal but cannot meet all the demands of annicloth so PayPal cannot help. Should be laws against this fraud.

    SUSAN STAMBAUGH (Tuesday, 24 September 2019 15:30)

I ordered somewhere around $300 for clothes from Annie Cloth. Orders were partially fulfilled. I was sent things I didn't order and the things I did order I didn't receive even though they supplied a tracking order number. The tracking numbes were invalid. What I did received was nothing like the photos. Cheap material. Didn't even resemble the picture. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Extremely poor quality and not at all like what is shown in their photos.

ANNIE CLOTH IS THE MOST CRIMINAL SCAM OF A STORE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH!!! I'm so ashamed of myself for not having vetted them before parting with my money! I'm still within the 15 day return deadline, but when I try to contact their email address, all my emails are returned. I finally contacted them through the site itself and now the message says "tried too many times. Please try later". I had to laugh at myself on that one! So, now they refuse to respond, probably until my 15 day limit has expired. This is a criminal operation that is raking in millions of dollars at the expense of naive shoppers like myself and it needs to stop!!!! If there is anything you can do to stop these criminals, it would be greatly appreciated by myself and many others.

    Pat (Thursday, 26 September 2019 13:56)

How much scamming do you need to see before you check out a site FIRST? There may be many of these companies out there but it doesn't take very long to check them out. Lot less hassle than time and money spent returning items or tracking down unfulfilled orders.

  • #25

    MJ (Friday, 27 September 2019 20:09)

C'mon, Pat, did you jump in on these comments just to feel superior to someone else? Why add salt in others' wounds?
If there is a moderator here, please remove the previous comment above, which is nasty and unnecessary. I'm glad I checked around for reviews of Annie.com first (and doubly glad to have found this particular site), but not everyone is going to know to do that. If someone has had good experiences before ordering online from other companies that were legitimate, it may not occur to them that companies can be as vile & disgusting as Annie.com.

    catlady (Tuesday, 01 October 2019 14:50)

Annie Cloth address for returns is: Confidence&Collaboration Studio, Pan Huilling (Annie Cloth) 1st Floor, Building 3, Jinyuan Square, No. 2, Taohong West Street, Junhe Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, 510000. You cannot return without their consent. It will cost $25-$30 US Dollars to ship one very small article of clothing to them via US Postal Service. They require tracking and that's as cheap as you can ship with tracking. They completely misled on the fabric content, as well as the size. Better to keep scrolling. Annie Cloth is a complete scam.

Items received were not great, but ok for the price. Needed to return 4 items and can't get anything from the company except a computer generated reply, like thanks for contacting customer service. I've contacted them by email as instructed on their site for return information, sent all information requested 4 times. Nothing. No other replies. If your smart, don't ever order from this company. I'm now trying to go through my card company to recover money for items they make impossible to return!!

    L (Wednesday, 16 October 2019 08:54)

Frustrating and long experience. I purchased from Anniecloth, not realizing it was a company based and shipping from China. When I returned my items, I paid a lot to and used US post office. Their customer service response, email, and contact page had a lot of delays and errors. It was very frustrating. At the end of the day, I paid a lot of money to return 95% of the items I purchased because they were low quality. They did refund my order, minus what I paid to return the shipment. I ordered in August and finally got this wrapped up in October. Will not order and lessons learned on websites that look like they are based in America, but is from China.

Ugh I ordered on 10/2 and have not received any of my items as of today. Trying to find status but unable to get anything in English other than the date. WISH I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH FIRST. At first sight, I was impressed by the style and colors of the items. UGH I am usually very good about keeping my information safe. Although nothing has happened at this point Anniecloth has taken the payment already. I will get ahead of any potential issues and call my back for a new card. UGH!!!!

    M. Smith (Thursday, 17 October 2019 13:56)

I placed my order though PayPal. I saw Annie Cloth ads on Pinterest and ordered 3 items. I knew something was 'funny' when I didn't receive a PayPal confirmation on my phone as I normally do. I emailed PayPal and was informed to delete Annie Cloth emails, which I did. I had received a notice from Annie Cloth that my order was confirmed and was in the process of being shipped. That was 8 days ago. I should've known the prices were too good to be true. Live and learn.

I ordered a few items. Then I thought I would by a gift for someone else and I decided to check out anniecloth before I made another purchase. That is when I saw some negative reviews, so I did not order anything else. received two of the items I bought so far. The reviews were correct, the pictures did not look exactly like the items I thought I was buying, they are cheaper looking, the stitching is different, the material is more flimsy. For the price I won't send them back, not worth the trouble. Items look like something from Walmart rather than what LL Bean or Woolrich used to sell. I suspected this might be the case, since EVERYTHING is from China now. When clothing was made in the USA it was much better quality. Shame on all the big name brands like LL Bean, Woolrich, etc. for outsourcing their clothing lines. As for Anniercloth, don't expect to get what is shown in their pictures, it is a scam.

Epic mistake in not checking the site BEFORE I ordered. I have received 3 of the 6 items I purchased and NONE of them are as pictured nor is the material what was stated as well! Waste of my hard earned money. Total scam! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

    Rebecca (Thursday, 24 October 2019 01:02)

This site ripped me off! It is indeed a scam. I ordered a bunch of clothes, received multiple packages over a month later. Sometimes no packing slip and ones I received written in Chinese. Clothes were made out of paper thin cheap material, not as advertised. I could never wear these clothes in public. Hideous looking. I contacted the company , and they responded with requirement after requirement, not listed on their policy, making it impossible to receive a refund. They offered me a 15% refund though they state they have a 15-day refund guarantee. They said there would be a customs fee on top of shipping to China. I didn’t even know they were in China (not stated on site). They said clothes had to be returned with tags, but the arrived with no tags. They said all probably packaging had to be included and that I couldn’t use my return address, that they had to give me a return address to use. And that if u don’t answer their emails within 7 days, you can’t return items. It just goes on and on. I am now going through PayPal and plan to report this fraudulent company to the federal trade commission and anywhere else I can DON’T ORDER FROM THEM They are a scam.

The basic truth about binary investment is the same old story, knowledge is key and information is power, those will never get old, I’m not the type that will get conned and when that happens I don’t go down without a fight, this time though, they almost did get away with, thanks to capitalrefund44 at gmail dot com for their intervention in getting me out of this mess of an investment. I’ve had several professionals help me in situation but this was a new challenge, I phoned +17806284200, and after conversations I was good to go. I gave then what was necessary and they worked quite quickly, best part is how they don’t require upfront payment or deposits to help, I’m just glad I got my money fully refunded.

    This company is absolutely awful
This company is absolutely awful. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I have emailed them numerous times regarding an order I didn't receive and what I did receive belongs in a dumpster. The items are not at all as pictured....some really nice photoshop work going on there.....and there are 2 items still missing with no response other than a canned email. Don't waste your money or your time. Cheap materials, cheap looking, just plain cheap garbage. Customer service...there is none. They need to be shut down.

I agree with most of the people, this is a BIG SCAM. I ordered 3 sweaters and they were nothing like they appeared on the site. Just cheap junk. And dont even think about returning them, you have to send them to China!! They offer to refund you 15% and you keep the junk. Do not order from this site.

I found out the hard way; when my mother used to tell me “if it looks too good to be true, it isn’t”. NEVER buy anything from this company. What I received looked nothing like the picture; ‘embroidery ‘ was actually just printed on cheap polyester fabric. Don’t be fooled. They suggested if sizing wasn’t right to go somewhere and have it tailored.
I could keep writing, but I think everyone gets my point... buy elsewhere!

Terrible terrible company. I ordered and received a cute but cheap sweater. The sweater is too big so I, according to their policy, contacted them to request an exchange. I received an email back with instructions and information they needed from me to do the exchange. I provided the required info and sent the email back to them. Again, I received the same email back as I got the first time - the instructions and info needed. I tried again - same response. After the third attempt, I tried to post a review on their site with a "1-star". The review did not post immediately and actually, not at all. This company is terrible. Buyer beware. Customer service is non-existent. You will never be able to reach them unless you are making a purchase - they are quick to take your money!!!!

I wish I could give a negative rating! I had been looking for a certain style and colour of pants for awhile and finally found them on Annicloth, I was so excited. They looked perfect in the picture, exactly what I was dreaming of. I went by their size chart and ordered the pants. Didn't have paypal option so I had to pay with credit card but I noted it was secured. Got the pants quickly but let me tell you how mad sad and angry I was ! They were NOTHING like the picture. The colour in the picture was a rose pink/purple and the colour I got was bright peachy pink. The size would fit an elephant (which is weird because usually its the opposite with Chinese sizing). The length, you would have to be 7 feet tall or so. I could not believe my eyes. So so disappointed. I wrote to the site's service email right away, and got no answer. I wrote everyday. Finally I found a way to submit something from their website. Then I got a reply! just a standard one requesting info (which I already provided and the email address was the same; I had also included pictured). I wrote back to that email with everything and haven't heard since. The timeline for replies was supposed to be 24 hours.. ha! I'm still waiting. I left reviews for those pants but they won't post them. Because they were negative, i had included my pictures too.. I don't see this company staying in business long. If I don't get a refund, i will continue to spread my experience on the internet.

I just finished contacting my credit card company to "stop payment." They issued a credit. Merchandise was supposed to arrive by 10/30, it's now 11/6. .. nothing but a couple of robo-emails. I also contacted my state's Consumer Protection agency.

They take full payment, then can't even track the products 16 days later. Shipping time could be ANYTIME. They don't disclose on their online store Anniecloth.com that you're ordering directly from China or the actual shipping terms. They don't comply with the shipping time that they post online.

This Anniecloth sure is a joke. Do NOT order from them. I made the mistake and ordered. Then quickly realized they were a scam. I cancelled my order within 1 hour and they ignored the cancellation. They started shipping immediately and kept saying “ to late to cancel”. Their refund policy states if you cancel within 24 hours you get 100 % refund. Well we all know that’s a lie. I’m fighting with the company now to get my refund. I’ve notified the bank and they’re investigating. Do NOT order from them. TOTAL SCAM.

I placed an order on 10/6/19 for two items. I still have not received either item, have already been charged for them, and the tracking number they gave me didn’t work. When they finally gave me a tracking number that did work, the trail went cold when it came to shore on 10/28/19, and they switched to USPS and didn’t provide an updated tracking number. It’s now 11/9/19, and I still haven’t received my order.
    Do not order from them!

I ordered some shoes and a coat from Anniecloth .com and as you can guess never received any packages even though it was stated on email they were sent. I investigated over and over with postal service and also usps package tracking number and it was bogus. I complained to my Visa and they are not doing anything about this. Not receiving for over a month any packages. I have had numerous email conversations and they keep giving me the run around and my card says I have to try to resolve this. I can't and the website has no direct number to call. I am going to call attorney general about Visa and complain. Credit cards should reverse charges and assist with getting money back. They have insurance. I did not plan to be scammed. They seemed legit and now I see they aren't. So upset and frustrated as I am on fixed income. Hurting over this.

The photos that are presented online are extreme examples of misrepresentation and false advertising! I'm certain they are aware of your deceptive business practices. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONIES WITH THIS COMPANY. If you do, you will be very disappointed. And of course, you have to pay for return shipping TO CHINA. Getting a refund takes FOREVER.

Do not buy from Anniecloth. Wish I would have read these reviews before making my purchase. I have been waiting over thirty days for half of my items. Do not buy from this company the sweater I ordered from them I found a photo of the sweater from Boston Proper a legitimate company, they sent me a thin cheap bath robe not worth 1.00, to ship it back to China cost more than $35.00, I tried to cancel the next day ,they kept saying it shipped it took nearly 2 months for this cheap looking robe to arrive not a knitted sweater as ordered, they steal photos and sell you something else, reporting them to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau, they need to be shut down.

Ordered on 10/5/19 and received my first piece of junk on November 3...a "blazer" so thin and cheap that I could see my hand through the front when I put it behind the back of the blazer! Another "coat" that appeared to be covered in embroidered flowers was nothing more than printed on. It looked like a flimsy bathrobe. It was also advertised as a hoodie and had no hood - just a giant flap - more like a long collar! I've begun the return process ordeal, but based on everyone else's comments am not hopeful that it will go smoothly. I wish I had read this or done some investigating first. I tried to post a negative review on the items on their site (with pictures), but apparently, they screen that stuff and only allow positive reviews - which explains why hardly any of their products have reviews. I should have noticed that red flag when I first got sucked in!

  • #72

    Audrey (Saturday, 16 November 2019 17:38)

Ordered what is supposed to be a thick sweater with a hood. It is thin and flimsy and reaches the floor. The large buttons are too heavy for the item. I knew something was wrong when it took a month to get it and there was no return shipping label or address. I really want my money back. This place is sickening.

Do NOT order w/ Annie Cloth, they are SCAMMERS and should be in JAIL. They charge you immediately for items they end up never sending; they'll dicker around in emails w/ you saying they'll refund IF You pay to ship it back to them in China ($20 minimum), and when you complain about items NOT ever received they'll just stop responding and NEVER ISSUE A REFUND.

File a complaint with i3c.gov. I did. I also filed a paypal dispute (who eventually required the police report with i3c or local law enforcement).

When I rec'd my orders I immediately could see the
scam and now reading your site, I, like so many others am wishing I had investigated prior to ordering. I checked my debit account and see that even tho' pkgs began arriving more than a week ago, my account shows no debiting. Therefore, I transferred all the balance of that particular account out preventing any further charges being made to it. If I see any pending from hereon, I can make the bank aware. Hope it works. I ordered clothing from Anniecloth in October and now the first of December and they are sill saying shipping is delayed even though the products were promised to arrive by November 1st at the latest. Tracking number invalid. I tried contacting my credit card company and being my luck,it's after hours.so,I sent them screen shots of my order plus the emails. Fingers crossed, I get this straightened out soon. Hard telling what I am going to get from them. If anything. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Total mess!!!!!!

DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. I bought a long coat relying on their sizing chart to pick the right size. I ordered 1 size larger than I needed just to be sure. The item was labeled XXL but was actually 3 sizes too small. They insulted me by offering $4 to have it altered, as if 8 inches of material could be found in the seems to make it fit! They then offered me $11 to just keep it. I spent $43 on this crap! Even though this was shipped from California they insisted I had to return it to China at a cost of $28 which I had to pay to get a refund. I disputed it with Paypal who said size doesn't matter (obviously a man!) and found in sellers favor.

I ordered from this Annie Cloth scam site before checking out the online reviews, a few hours later after thinking that I forgot to do this(got caught up in the "fake sale") so when I did omg!! I freaked out and tried to cancel. There is no way you can cancel and beat their disclaimers. I never received a message back until two days later when I got an email shipping confirmation. When I threaten to to report them for USA Postal fraud and Trade Commission and credit card fraud I got a response and a refund for $41 of the $87 I spent. Please Post Warnings about this company to your social media accounts and if you see any of their Scam Ads online click to report the Ad as "inappropriate" or "fraudulent" you may have to click on it several time before your site will remove it and beware they sell on Amazon: company name" CHICV HONG KONG HK"

Received 4th Sweater yesterday and Item is not as advertised.

AVOID this company. placed order for 5 items. finally received 1 item, a coat 15 days later. It is nothing like its description. Color is diarrhea brown, not like the photo. Material is a very cheap polyester. When contacting them regarding a return, as their policy states, a generic email was returned with no helpful information. After this happened twice, i sent a complaint, warning that if they did not respond within 6 hours, I was going viral with reviews on their business practices. So here we are. No way to cancel the other items that have not been sent yet either. Can't wait to see what they look like. This site is very disappointing, as I really like the look of the clothes in the photos. What a SCAM!!! How can this company be allowed to operate? Thought I did my homework. Actually read their Terms and Policy Agreement. Ordered 3 items Nov 20, 2019 hoping to hae in time for Christmas. One item arrived in 10 days, head wrap/gaiter, sub-par material, item wouldn't even fit over my head! Second item arrived after Christmas, cute cotton sweatshirt only that's not what I received, instead got a piece of crap polyester shirt way too small. Still waiting on pair of shoes six weeks later, shipping info has not been updated since early December. Paid through PayPal, opened a dispute with them two days ago and was given another email address for the company. I had been corresponding with Annie Cloth's support email since Dec 7th. You get what you pay for if you are lucky. I should know I couldn't possibly purchase the actual clothes in the photos for their suggested retail and what I got was what should be expected from the cheap prices. Yes there is a long, long wait time to receive your items, yes it's possible you might not get everything you ordered and yes the clothing does not look like the photo. I purchased what is described as "real leather" shoes and they are not but I paid for not real leather shoes so I got what I paid for. I won't order from them again.

I ordered several things from AC. There is only one top that I did not receive. I was satisfied with the quality and so were the recipients of products for Christmas gifts. I bought 6 of the the fingerless gloves, six of the bird necklace, one Pisces necklace, one sweater There were two things I ordered one size too small (wishful thinking!) and a set of earrings with damaged posts. Having read the reviews and not being able to contact the service department, I realize I am stuck with those products. I love the uniqueness of designs and the colorful fabric. I shall gift the tunic top and the CUTE sweater onward and try to fix the earrings. Reluctantly, I won't order from them again.

I am still awaiting my two orders placed a month ago - regrettably ordered without checking their reputation beforehand. Not willing to wait any further, I am calling my credit card company, and have also just filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). I urge others to do the same: CALL 1-877-382-4357. This company needs to be stopped!

Annie Cloth is a total scam. I purchased 12 items 10 l of which are unacceptable, the other two have not arrived yet. It has been 9 weeks since date of delivery. Here are some observations about the clothes I recieved.

    1) they are not shipping the clothes which are depicted in the photos, they are elementary facsimilies
    2) shipping time seems to average approximately 6 to 7 weeks
    3) clothing quality is below subpar, laughable
    4) garments are not constructed of the advertised materials - all are cheap plastic
    5) construction of delivered garments feature bad tailoring,
    6) sizing is consistently inaccurate- they lack any basis in reality
    7) fashion detailing in the web photos feature hand embroidery, woven trim, buttons, etc, these arrive as photo printed spandex
    8) color of delivered garments is not accurate to photos, often the color is not inherent to the meterial used in construction, rather the color is injet printing on spandex.
    9) made in China

As stated by others above their stated return policy is that you pay return shipping plus the import tax... they know these costs exceed the total cost of the clothing purchased so they offer the customer a "15% cash refund". After methodically outlining that they are running a fraudulent enterprise they offered to sweeten the number to 25% cash refund.

International Consumer Laws are required. Until that dreamy day, maybe don't buy from China websites. How many times must we learn?

SCAM FAKE Don't buy from them or you will be sorry. Wish I had looked them up first.

I did not receive all of the items I ordered over 3 months ago. The items I did receive were not like the photos. The fabric is cheap. The proportions are off. A couple of items were supposed to be cotton/linen blends and they were cotton/poly. They send you tracking numbers that don't work. It is just BAD!

I tried to dispute this via Paypal which was another frustrating situation as they sided with Annie Cloth aka Confidence&Collaboration fashion studio.com.

I ordered items from Annie Cloth in mid-December. I received 1 item yesterday (2.3.20) and it something I didn't even order!!! What's worse....PAYPAL sided with them and I'm out over $80! Talk about pissed.....I wonder if PAYPAL is getting kick backs from them since I have seen numerous comments that they are siding with Annie Cloth aka Confidence&Collaboration fashion studio.com

I was so scammed by Annie Cloth. I wish I had done some research before purchasing from them, but my experience with online shopping had been so positive up until Annie Cloth that I naively shopped at their bogus site with the good faith that I would receive the items I ordered. Furthermore, you can pay with Paypal on their site, and that seemed an indicator to me that this was a legit site. WRONG. Unlike some of their customers, I DID receive my entire order, one item at a time, over a period of 2 months. Each piece was horrible, cheap, downright bizarre, and honestly, I did not even know what some of the pieces were supposed to be substitutions for. NOTHING looked like what I ordered. In the future, I will never shop at a new website before doing research. What a disaster!

  1. Dreadful product
    Not reflective of the photos
my clothes were sent back to me after I returned them
They say they will refund and dont
Do not buy from this company

  2. The fabric they use is very weird. This is a SCAM1 Do not us them or Light in the box. They don't tell you they are located in China!

  3. The clothing I received was made with cheap stinky fabric. I ordered what they advertised as a sweatshirt and received a long sleeve shirt made with very skimpy material and super ugly. The sleeves were huge and super long. Absolutely not a sweatshirt.
I also ordered what was described as a sweater that didn't look anything like the picture.
The other two tops that I ordered were so ugly I would never wear them.
This company is a complete rip off. False advertising, do not purchase from them!!
