• Akai Fashion, which is also known as Akai X.O., has lots of similarities with a bunch of problematic sites such as JoePretty, Cutevana, Ouslily, Chiclv, MolyDress, PearlzillaShop, ArcladyShop, BasaChic, CoronaBlue, etc. For example:- Its website theme is not so tidy; Lots of images provided on AkaiFashion website are blurred which don't look like the original pictures: Lots of details provided on AkaiFashion website has been copied from other websites such as its Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and so on.
• AkaiFashion has mentioned its Terms shall be governed by Philippines law on its "Terms of Service" page. But it has provided its company's address as "904 Russell Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088, United States". So why its terms shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines when it is located in the USA? This proves either it has copy-pasted its Terms of Service from another website or it has provided the fake address.
• When we searched the company's address of AkaiFashion on Google Map, we find out it is not an address of any shop or company with the name AkaiFashion. According to Yellowpages.com, it is an address of the United States Postal Service. So, it proves Akai Fashion hasn't any physical shop or company. Since there are lots of scam online stores these days, so it is better to avoid such online stores that provide doubtful statements and contact details.
• We have found lots of online stores these days similar to Akai Fashion which have lots of complaints. Users of similar kinds of sites have complained that the customer support of these kinds of online stores is very bad and the items they have delivered are very low in quality which looks completely different than what they have advertised on their website. Users have complained that they have paid more money than the real value of the products. Users of similar kinds of sites have also complained about the delivery time and useless refund policy of these kinds of sites. Akai Fashion has lots of similarities to those kinds of online stores. For example, AkaiFashion has mentioned that the item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a refund. Now how can anyone check any item without opening and using that? 
• AkaiFashion has provided two Refund Policy and Shipping Info pages, one of which you can find at the bottom of the website and another one at the bottom of the Checkout page which is very weird and unprofessional.
