Account Limitation rule of Paypal (sometime problem for account holder)

As we all know that Paypal is legit payment processor and the most trustable one. However, like we use to say everyone is not perfect, it seems Paypal is also not being fair to some accounts from time to time. We know that Paypal must be careful with everyone account behavior because they have to provide buyers' protection so that buyers can claim back their money from seller within 180 days. So, for that they must keep on eye on sellers account, which is a good thing and this is the reason why they are famous and known as most secure online payment system. However, while doing so, sometime they just directly limit the accounts of anyone without any notice due to which those account holder neither can take out their money, nor can use Paypal to buy anything further. Like this limitation Paypal can do for 180 days. It is OK to do such kind of limitation if you are sure that someone is totally bad. But, Paypal is doing that kind of limitation whenever they feel something is not right and need to investigate those accounts.

For example:- Recently they froze the account of TrafficMonsoon because Paypal feels need to do further investigation of TrafficMonsoon's account because they find out rapid growth within short period of time. OK, we don't say Paypal is completely bad for doing so. If they feel some account is suspicious, they should keep eye on them. But the way they directly limit the account of some account holder for 180 days who have around $60 million within their account and which account is build from the purchases of many members within that company, that definitely makes problem for many people. If Paypal wants to do such kind of limitation, at least it is better first limit only further investment into that account and also limits the certain withdrawal amount per day in that account. Then they can keep on doing investigation. What we are saying is that they should give prior notice to everyone, or at least make everyone comfortable during their investigation. Limiting account with surprise note and that is also for 180 days, making many online business failure. We think Paypal should come out with other alternative solution for this account limitation rules.

Another problem we have found out that Paypal is doing continuously business with some companies whose business model they think is not fit with their guidelines and also have already limited the account of other same kind of companies which were following same business models. For example:- They are doing business with Neobux from many years, but from time to time they are limiting account of other PTC sites which exactly have same format and business model of Neobux. The recent case is Clixten. Paypal was doing business with Clixten from 3 years and recently they find out that the business model of Clixten is not fit with their company's guidelines and they just make 180 days limit to the account of Clixten while they are still doing business with Neobux which is exactly same kind in nature. Not only that, Paypal is even doing business with scam companies such as Wad.Ojooo. Paypal recently limit the account of Clixten only because their business model is not fit with Clixten where as Wad.Ojooo follow exact same business model and even scamming members by not paying after they invest in that company. But also Paypal is still allowing that company to operate their Paypal account.

We are not saying that Paypal is doing favor to some company. We know Paypal will not do any favor to anyone because they are big name themselves and they don't want to ruin their name by supporting some bad companies. They are just trying to be fair and strict. But doing so, we request Paypal through this article to do it more properly so that innocent people doesn't become victim of your rules and regulations. You also must consider how may people will be affected by limiting one account, only the owner or the millions of innocent members of that company. For example, when Paypal limit the account of TrafficMonsoon, actually people who are suffering are those who buy adpacks through Paypal in TrafficMonsoon, means the innocent members. If Paypal limit the account of Clixten, then it will be more fair if limit the account of all similar kind of business such as Neobux, Wad.Ojooo etc. Actually Paypal should have limit the account of Wad.Ojooo many years before instead of Clixten because Wad.Ojooo is scamming people by not paying after some months of their investment in the site. Clixten have track record of paying on time from more than 3 years. If Paypal thinks business model of Clixten is not fit to work with Paypal, then why the another site with same business model is working with Paypal such as Neobux (which is good site) and Wad.Ojooo (which is even the scam one)? If Paypal even thinks to limit the account of some company, first of all it will be better to investigate fully who will be the victim of that limitation. If Paypal ever thinks some companies are doing bad, then Paypal should only limit the owner of those companies to take out the money, however at least should make it available for everyone to withdraw their money back from that account into their account from which they have invested in that account.

Through this post, we actually want to request Paypal to handle disputes properly and find out the alternatives of account limitation and also investigate deeply how many will affected from that limitation and those will be innocent people or not. We also request Paypal to post official blog mentioning the reason of limiting any account whenever they limit the account of big companies which have more than $20,000+ balance within their account so that everybody will know the reason Paypal has limited that account and can testify either that account holder is innocent or actually faulty.

We are not here against or support of anyone. If Paypal thinks we are wrong, then we welcome any team member of Paypal to use the comment section below and explain about these all limitation stuff more properly.
